After meeting payment verification criteria, anybody is welcome to apply for a
short term apartment with us.We
provide a unique service for individuals staying for longer than a “few days”
and shorter than the typical 6 month binding rent contracts.This is an exciting way to
provide you with reliable accommodation at a price far lower than a standard
hotel room, yet ensure you aren’t locked into a contract.

CAS Australia does not lock tenants into frustrating contracts. We use a very simple 'pay as you go' structure, asking for the week's rent upfront. The tenant can move out at any time on short notice.
The process:
Call our office on (07) 47215507 and make a time to inspect our rooms.
Meet with us to inspect your room & complete required paperwork.
Once a booking has been made, a week's payment (plus $20 key deposit) has been received, and the appropriate paperwork has been completed, you may move into your accommodation.
